Open the Book: Practical tips for leading Bible study is based on the text in Nehemiah 8 when Ezra read the Book of the Law to the Israelites as they returned from exile. Keith Slater shares what he has learned about leading Bible studies over the years. Keith begins with a brief Introduction to the three sessions. (6:50) 1. Our teacher is Keith Slater, a Sunday School teacher and member at West Union Mennonite Church, Parnell, Iowa. Keith is experienced in teaching Bible study methods and how to interpret the Bible. His work history includes InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and SIL International. He has taught biblical interpretation and Bible study principles to Sunday school classes at West Union and in other congregations.
